Google Business Profile data
Data requested
With explicit OAuth consent, PostMy.Social may access Business Profile accounts and locations, profile information, categories, attributes, services, posts, reviews and supported performance metrics required for enabled Local SEO features.
Purpose
Data is used to display and manage authorised locations, prepare explainable recommendations, support approved profile actions, draft and publish approved posts or review responses, and report on observed performance.
Storage
OAuth credentials are encrypted. Customer-visible data is tenant- and brand-scoped. Historical snapshots may be retained to explain what changed and compare later outcomes.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers necessary to operate authorised functionality, subject to appropriate controls.
Revocation and deletion
Users can revoke Google access from their Google Account. Disconnection and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@postmy.social. We will provide control to disassociate connected profiles in accordance with Google’s requirements.
Limited Use
PostMy.Social’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
