Your Google connections.

This page explains how Google data is used in PostMy.Social. Google Search Console is available. Google Business Profile is awaiting platform approval.

Google Search Console

When you connect Search Console, we request read-only access to the properties you can access. You choose the property for your brand. We retrieve search queries, page addresses, clicks, impressions, click-through rates and average positions to prepare search reports and content recommendations.

This permission does not allow PostMy.Social to edit your Search Console property or publish to Google Business Profile. Changes to your website require a separate website connection and the relevant approval.

Content recommendations

Relevant query and page information may be included in AI processing when you request a content recommendation or draft. The purpose is to provide that feature for your brand. See our Privacy Policy for information about AI and service providers.

Storage and access

Connection credentials are encrypted and stored separately from customer-readable records. Imported reports and recommendations are associated with your organisation and brand. Historical records help explain recommendations and compare performance over time.

Disconnecting and requesting deletion

You can disconnect Search Console in PostMy.Social or revoke access through your Google Account. Disconnection removes the stored connection credentials; previously imported records may remain. To request removal of stored Google data, contact privacy@postmy.social. We may need to verify your authority over the account.

Google Business Profile

Business Profile publishing and management are not currently available to general customers. If this integration becomes available, the permissions requested and data uses will be explained before you connect it.

Limited Use

PostMy.Social’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold.
