Information we process
Account details, business and brand information, content, websites, connection metadata, approved provider data and usage records needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
To provide planning, generation, approval, publishing, reporting, support, security and product-improvement functions requested by authorised users.
Connected services
Provider access is used only to deliver authorised features. Credentials are encrypted and separated from customer-readable records. Access can be revoked through the provider and, where supported, through PostMy.Social.
AI processing
Approved business context and task inputs may be processed by configured AI providers to generate requested work. Sensitive information should not be entered unless necessary and authorised.
Retention and deletion
Operational and audit information is retained only as required for the service, security and legal obligations. Contact privacy@postmy.social for access or deletion enquiries.
